Return Process

  Place the item in its original presentation box and pack it securely within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing insured shipping for high-value items.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
